A vacancy is available at Natec as Operational account manager Solar Poland. An operational account manager at Natec is able to interact with his or her customer on an operational and tactical level.
You are responsible for the entire operational process of existing Polish customers. This includes reactive tasks such as order processing and after sales, but also proactive contact with the customer. For example, you regularly plan a customer appointment to coordinate the planning and needs for the coming period. In addition, you are constantly working to set up the process as efficiently as possible in order to allow the customer to do business successfully.
You work closely with a sales team of operational account managers and account managers with whom you serve a regular customer group. You do this on the basis of an account plan drawn up with the team. Together you ensure that this customer group is and remains satisfied and that sales opportunities are identified. You will also be part of a team of operational account managers. With this team you share knowledge and experience so that every sales team can grow.
Poland is a relatively new market for Natec. This means that a lot still needs to be discovered and arranged in order to optimally serve our Polish customers. As an operational account manager for Poland you also play an important role in this. Good project management skills and an entrepreneurial character are therefore a requirement. In addition, you see it as a challenge to keep colleagues in Poland closely connected to the organization, despite the physical distance.
