The best thing about working in the warehouse at Natec is that every part of the job is enjoyable. What I mean to say is that everyone at Natec is treated equally. We are all involved in our company’s success and willing to work hard to achieve the best possible results. I love that.
I used to work as a chef and I love keeping many different balls in the air. A clean kitchen or a well-organised warehouse at the end of the day – that is what makes me proud.
I started working here as an order picker about a year and a half ago. At first I thought, how difficult can it be? As it turns out, it is not as easy as it seems. Due to our rapid growth, we have to deal with many changes. There is always a way to do things more efficiently.
Standing still is really not an option here. Another thing I like is that it is okay to make mistakes. Mistakes can be fixed and your colleagues are always ready to help. Thinking along is encouraged and appreciated. Since I first started, I have been given a lot more responsibilities and I love going to work every single day.
