A former classmate of yours – who has been with Natec since the very beginning – encouraged you to apply for a job here. He thought you would fit in well with the rest of the team. He wasn’t wrong, was he?
That’s true! I still cannot believe how it all played out. I couldn’t be happier. At my last job we worked with fixed frameworks and we approached things a bit differently. It stimulated a little less to think along. Here you really have to contribute to keep up, but that suits me.
Although I have only been here a year, it feels like much longer. We are constantly developing – both internally (e.g. by professionalising our processes or further strengthening our team) and externally. We are highly involved in our clients’ successes, which works both ways!
I did not used to be interested in the solar sector, but the more I learn about it, the more I enjoy it. Our work also helps to significantly reduce carbon emission levels.
