Hi Loes, we can respectfully call you a veteran of the job. You are also one of few managers within Natec’s organisation. How did this come to be and what do you love most about working at Natec?
You’re right. I mainly focused on managing the company’s growth over the years. An important aspect of the job was (and is!) to bring the right talents and personalities together. Teamwork gets me very excited. Working with highly driven professionals also allows us to keep our organisational structure flat.
When you work together every day, you hardly realise everything you have managed to achieve together over the years. Our company is like a well-oiled machine, which we should all be proud of. After my maternity leave, it was very clear to me just how fast Natec is developing. When I came back, it was like an entirely new company full of new – and existing – talents. That was wonderful to see.
At the moment, I spend a lot of time on our international ambitions. We are developing rapidly, which requires us to set up new processes. In other words, working at a wholesaler is not as dull as you might think – especially in the solar sector.
