As an operational account manager, it is my challenge to switch every day between our organization and the customer’s organisation. I see it as a sport to provide my customers with the latest market information and stocks in the short and medium term. Getting the right stuff to the right places at the perfect time at the best prices is the challenge.
Me and my direct colleagues are constantly working with our customers. By providing real added value, right in the middle of the operation, we can be a partner and build sincere relationships. I see it as a company within the company. We like to think along with the wishes of our customers and with the relationship we build with customers, this often comes from both sides. In this way we share in the success of the customer. Very nice.
In the 1.5 years that I have been working here now, I have been given a lot of responsibility and the space to discover my talents. Not everything goes perfectly right away, of course, and that can then be worked on or taken care of within the team. And I’m far from done growing. That will certainly work here.
