Account Manager Germany

Take your sales career to the next level by helping us, one of Europe’s leading solar wholesalers, to do even more for our customers.

You are a born entrepreneur who’s driven to use their sales experience to provide every roof in Europe with a solar module. As an account manager, you are a responsible and reliable partner to our customers and it is your talent to bind them to Natec for the long term.

What drives you?

You get energised by building relationships with customers and supporting them in becoming and remaining successful. You know in no time how the customer is organised and are able to choose the right moment to bring the customer and supplier together. It’s up to you to stay on top of industry developments and ensure that sales opportunities are identified and maximised. You work closely with an international team of account managers, but you are also able to determine your own course of action in order to achieve the ultimate goal. In addition, you boast:

  • Strong analytical, strategic and commercial skills
  • A can-do mindset. You are customer-oriented, flexible and have the ability to plan and solve problems
  • Completed Higher Professional Education in the field of economics, international trade, sales management or a similar field, and least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Resident South of Germany, North of Germany, or North Rhine Westphalia. You work from home, occasionally from our headquarters in Den Bosch and our office in Bonn to meet your colleagues and learn about the company’s strategy and processes. You can also work on location at our customers.
  • You speak German and English fluently
  • Knowledge of the solar industry is not a prerequisite, but affinity with sustainable sector and technology would be nice

In addition to identifying developments in the market and exploiting sales opportunities, you will be involved in customer events, product trainings, and trade fair visits. As an account manager for Germany you also play an important role in discovering and developing a relatively new market for Natec. So, a good dose of entrepreneurship is definitely needed.
