Inside Sales

Germany | Young Professional | 32-40 uur/week

Take your sales career to the next level by helping us, one of Europe’s leading solar wholesalers, to do even more for our customers.

You are a true go-getter who is motivated to use their organisational skills to provide every roof in Europe with a solar module. As an inside sales, you’ll work closely with a select group of customers in the Germany to ensure that their solar equipment needs are always met. You function best as part of a team but you are driven to develop yourself.

What drives you?

You get energised by working with customers, in person and on the phone, to ensure they can run their businesses smoothly. Sometimes this will entail forecasting their future requirements, but most of the time you will be processing and coordinating orders. You are ambitious and self-motivated but you relish being part of a small team of around 10 people that celebrates successes – and overcomes bumps – together. You are able to change gear quickly and are confident and creative in coming up with solutions to curveballs, believe us, there will be curveballs! In addition, you boast:

  • Strong organisational, commercial, and analytical skills
  • A can-do mindset. You love challenges, and are great at planning and problem-solving
  • A completed HBO education with a focus on management, economics, or business
  • Well-developed communication skills in German and English and 2-5 years of comparable sales experience

Work that dream

At Natec we dream of having a solar module on every roof in Europe. Our sales team works that dream by going above and beyond for our customers to ensure they always have the materials they need. You are in constant contact with our logistics and purchasing department. So, does the customer have questions about assembling a system? You are the connecting factor between your customer and the supplier. You direct the supplier and ensure proper delivery for the customer. As our newest team member you will have your own set of clients and you’ll be given the trust and freedom to manage them yourself – but you’ll also be able to lean on the rest of the team for advice. In addition to handling customer orders we expect you to give your customers solicited and sometimes unsolicited advice that enables both them and us to grow our businesses.
