Take your career to the next level by helping us, one of Europe’s leading solar wholesalers, successfully position ourselves with customers, suppliers, and (potential) colleagues in the Netherlands, Belgium, and of course Germany.
You are a creative thinker with strong organisational skills who is driven to successfully implement our marketing strategy in Germany. As our Field Marketer, you will take care of optimising our target audience outreach and putting Natec on the map. You dare to tread the unbeaten path, and with your persuasive communication skills, you are able to get others around to your point of view.
What drives you?
You get energised by implementing our marketing strategies, executing marketing campaigns and achieving commercial objectives while building and maintaining relationships with the sales & marketing contacts of our suppliers. The Field Marketer position is new in Germany, so you will develop and execute the local marketing plan in line with our central marketing strategy. It is up to you to protect our “Natec Brand Identity” as you tailor centrally coordinated marketing communications to Germany’s specific needs. You feel at home in a growing organisation and can cope with the obstacles this may bring. In addition, you boast:
- A degree in marketing, communications, economics from a university of applied sciences (HBO) or a similar degree
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a marketer and a commercial attitude
- Proficiency in Office365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You have a good command of the English language and are fluent in German. German roots are also important to us, as this will give you a better feel for the marketing needs of our German customers

Work that dream
At Natec we dream of having a solar module on every roof in Europe. You contribute to this by using your expertise, ideas and creative solutions to help us achieve further internationalisation and professionalisation. Along with your fellow European marketers, you will work on “translating” our European strategy into a country-specific approach. This includes actively gathering market information in collaboration with the German team, and feeding the local and central organization with local pricing and assortment strategy (market intel). In addition, you put out briefings to third parties (suppliers and other agencies) and monitor deadlines. Part of your job is visiting our customers in Germany. You will also visit our suppliers to organise and roll out co-marketing activities and attend events.
